starting the moving process

Well, I guess I am not starting the process, we are in the thick of it. We have cleaned our place, put it on the market and gotten many showings. 2 weeks ago it went on the market, and jsut yesterday we got n offer. We have not accepted it but are going back and forth with the guy. Hopefully we will know by end of the day tomorrow if we are moving by July 1st or a little later. There is still much to do.
