What is discipleship?

God calls us to "Make Disciples of all nations." So what does that really mean. I have read that passage of the Great Commission hundreds of times and have always seen it as a call to tell others. However, discipleship takes much more time and commitment to do than simpling telling someone about something awesome that you have have and they need. It is about investing in someones life and being with them for the long haul.
So ehat does it look like? You tell me.
